Paul Clayton
President
Started working in the landscape industry in 1979 when he founded Clayton Services. Paul has literally worked from the ground up. Experienced in all phases of landscape management; he is experienced in maintenance, fertilization services, pest control, irrigation and landscape services. Paul is certified in Florida's Best Managment Practices, licensed irrigation holder as well as the licensed pest control operator.
Tommy Rovelli
Operations Manager
Started in the Horticulture industry in 1993. He has worked for smaller companies, as well as, larger companies working his way up the ladder from operator to foreman. Tommy joined Turf-masters in early 2002 as a maintenance foreman. After receiving many compliments from his clients of his hard work, enthusiasm and skill, he was promoted to supervisor of maintenance on to Operations Manager. He works with the crews in the field with training and quality assurance as well as day to day customer service and operations.
Chris Anderson
Business Development Manager
Chris started in the horticultural business in 1998. Specializing in the lawn and Ornamental field. He has worked in management and sales up until 2004 when he started his own company. In early 2009 he sold his company and took some time off to spend with his family. After a few months he was itching to get back to what he knows best LANDSCAPE. Chris has extensive experience in all phases of the horticultural industry. He has been a certified pest control operator for Florida and Georgia since 2005. Here at Turf-master he is our Business Development Manager and is responsible for the sales and marketing of the company.
Manolia Jones
Office Manager
Manolia began her employment with Turf-masters in May, 2002. She has a background of thirty-five years in all phases of the banking industry, as well as office managerial and bookkeeping experience in manufacturing and publishing businesses.
Laura Renner
Office Accountant
Laura has extensive training and experience in accounting. Having worked her way up from an accounting clerk, bookkeeper then controller. She then decided to take a break from the office environment. She was hired at Turf-masters in March of 2007 working in our lawn maintenance depatment and soon became a foreperson. Even though she enjoys the outdoors, accounting is her true calling. So she transferred to the office where she currently practices accounting on a daily basis and has become a true asset to the Turf-masters team.
Rick Mamone
L & O Supervisor
Rick has been working with Turf-masters for 5 years. He is the on site technician responsible for the health and vigor of the landscape as well as treating any problems that arise. He has been the lawn technician at TPC Sawgrass during 2 tournaments. Rick has 25 years experience in the landscape industry and has also worked in our landscape maintenance department.
Chris Tanner
Account Manager & Safety Representative
Chris has been in the lawn care industry for the past 14 years. Chris joined the Turf-masters team in late 2007 as a maintenance foreman. Through his professionalism and skills he has since 2008 been promoted to Account Manager. His accomplishments since has been certifications in Florida's Best Managment Practices, CPR & Frst aid. Chris insures that Turf-masters employee's maintain the highest level of safety awareness and quality.
Robert McRae
Shop Manager
Robert started at Turf-masters in early 2002 as a maintenance foreman. Noticing that Robert was handy with tools, he was quickly promoted to Shop manager. He manages a fulltime small engine mechanic and a shop assistant. He is also responsible for the fleet of trucks that consist of nine maintenance trucks, a landscape truck, two L & O trucks, two irrigation trucks and several other trucks as well as up to a hundred pieces of 2-cycle, about forty mowers and other types of machinery used throughout the company.
